How This Works
Contact us to schedule your remote session, you can do this by phone, email or from the web site. At the scheduled time, we will call the phone number you have provided. On the phone, we will walk you through the needed steps to connect with your device. Once connected, we will talk about what needs to be done, and then start the work on your computer. Once the work the on device is completed, we will answer any questions you have, figure out the total of the services and or work provided, and then pass on an invoice to be paid online by credit or debit card.
